My client is a 45+ year, vertically integrated real estate developer and general contractor specializing in luxury multifamily and mixed-use developments ranging from $30M to $100M+. With a consistently strong pipeline through every market cycle, they offer the opportunity to build high-end, design-driven projects where quality and craftsmanship take priority over simply cutting costs. Their lean construction team gives employees real ownership and visibility, along with direct access to executive and construction leadership in a genuinely open-door environment. This is a company that develops people rather than replaces them-offering hands-on mentorship, long-term career growth, and the opportunity to make a visible impact on landmark projects while building a career with an organization known for investing in its people.
Take full ownership of field operations from mobilization through turnover, driving safety, schedule, quality, and execution across the entire build. Lead subcontractors, suppliers, and self-perform crews across concrete, carpentry, flatwork, excavation, masonry, and millwork scopes. Own the project schedule in the field, developing short-interval look-aheads, sequencing trades, and managing site logistics to keep production moving. Set the standard for jobsite safety and quality, conducting inspections, enforcing protocols, and building a zero-incident culture. Serve as the face of the project on-site, coordinating directly with clients, architects, engineers, inspectors, and project leadership. Build and develop high-performing field teams, mentoring emerging leaders and driving accountability across the jobsite. Maintain tight control of daily reporting, RFIs, change orders, inspections, and QC documentation to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

10+ years of Superintendent experience, including at least 5 years in a Senior or Lead Superintendent capacity. Proven track record successfully leading complex education, municipal, commercial, and/or institutional construction projects. Exceptional documentation and project controls discipline, with strong attention to detail across daily reports, RFIs, inspections, and field records. Strong field leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive teams and make confident decisions on-site. Proficient in construction scheduling and project management platforms, with Procore experience considered a strong plus.
