Job Description
Experience overseeing large-scale industrial construction projects from site mobilization through project completion. Strong ability to lead field teams, subcontractors, and trade partners while maintaining schedule milestones, productivity goals, and site coordination efforts. Extensive knowledge of industrial construction methods, safety regulations, quality control procedures, and field operations. Proven track record of identifying and resolving construction challenges, coordinating multiple trades, and driving successful field execution on complex projects. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, owners, inspectors, subcontractors, and on-site personnel in fast-paced construction environments.
The Successful Applicant
Experience overseeing large-scale ground-up manufacturing or industrial construction projects with strong expertise in field operations, sequencing, and construction means and methods. Proven ability to lead site teams, subcontractors, and trade partners while maintaining safety, quality, productivity, and schedule performance. Thorough understanding of industrial construction safety requirements, with a strong track record of enforcing site safety protocols and promoting a safety-first culture. Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve field issues, coordinate trades, and maintain project momentum in a fast-paced construction environment. Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, owners, and on-site personnel. Willingness and ability to travel throughout Texas as required to support project execution and site operations.
