Superintendent - Industrial & Multifamily Construction

• Oversee all daily field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain efficient project execution.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies through inspections, meetings, and corrective actions.
• Monitor project schedules, identify potential delays, and implement solutions to maintain construction milestones.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and RFIs to ensure work complies with project requirements.
• Conduct quality control inspections and resolve field issues to ensure workmanship meets contract standards.
• Manage material deliveries, equipment utilization, and site logistics to support uninterrupted construction activities.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and field conditions with project managers, owners, architects, and other stakeholders.

• 2+ years of lead superintendent experience
• Track record of leading ground-up multifamily, commercial, or industrial projects
• Experience on projects valued at $5M+
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage both self-perform and subcontractor crews
• Knowledge of all relevant safety guidelines and practices

• Base salary of $120,000 to $130,000
• Annual bonus based on personal and company performance
