The Superintendent plays a critical role in driving project success, mentoring field teams, and upholding high standards of safety and quality across all work.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent will be responsible for managing on-site construction activities and ensuring successful project execution. Key responsibilities include:Overseeing day-to-day field operations on industrial construction projectsManaging schedules, subcontractors, and site logistics for turnkey buildsEnsuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budgetCoordinating with project management, design teams, and leadershipEnforcing quality control and safety standards across all job sitesLeading and mentoring field personnel throughout the project lifecycleThe Superintendent will primarily support projects within two hours of Richmond, with most work concentrated in the North and Southeast regions.
