Job Description
The Responsibilities of a Superintendent:
- Lead all on-site construction activities for tenant interiors and renovation projects
- Manage daily field operations, subcontractors, and project schedules
- Coordinate project execution with Project Managers, clients, architects, and design teams
- Conduct site meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to company quality standards
- Review construction documents, specifications, and project drawings
- Manage inspections, punch lists, and closeout activities
- Identify and proactively resolve field-related issues and schedule impacts
- Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation
- Enforce site safety protocols and promote a culture of accountability
- Oversee multiple phases of construction while maintaining exceptional client service

The Successful Applicant
A successful Interior Superintendent Should have:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial interior projects
- Experience managing tenant improvements, interior renovations, or design-build projects
- Strong understanding of commercial construction means and methods
- Ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and field coordination activities
- Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proven ability to deliver projects on schedule and maintain high-quality standards
- Knowledge of safety regulations and jobsite best practices
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office preferred
- Stable work history and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
