Description
- Direct and coordinate all on-site commercial interior construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel while maintaining workflow efficiency, resolving issues, and enforcing project specifications.
- Oversee daily scheduling, site logistics, and material deliveries to support uninterrupted project execution and milestone achievement.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, building codes, and company safety policies through proactive inspections, training, and documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, clients, and inspectors to communicate progress, address field changes, and deliver successful project outcomes.
Profile
- 2+ years of foreman or superintendent experience in the commercial construction industry
- Ability to manage both subcontractor and self-perform crews
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of all relevant safety guidelines and regulations
