Description

• Direct and coordinate all on-site commercial interior construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel while maintaining workflow efficiency, resolving issues, and enforcing project specifications.
• Oversee daily scheduling, site logistics, and material deliveries to support uninterrupted project execution and milestone achievement.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, building codes, and company safety policies through proactive inspections, training, and documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, clients, and inspectors to communicate progress, address field changes, and deliver successful project outcomes.

Profile

• 2+ years of foreman or superintendent experience in the commercial construction industry
• Ability to manage both subcontractor and self-perform crews
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of all relevant safety guidelines and regulations

Job Offer
