About the Role:
River City Services Inc is looking for an experienced and driven Superintendent to join our growing team in Jacksonville, FL. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate subcontractors, crews, and vendors to maintain smooth daily field operations
• Enforce jobsite safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards
• Review project plans, specifications, and schedules to anticipate and resolve potential issues
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control and workmanship
• Communicate project progress, updates, and issues to project managers and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and documentation for all site activities

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar field leadership role
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Solid understanding of OSHA safety standards and jobsite compliance requirements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades simultaneously
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
