The Opportunity<\/b><\/span>

We are partnered with a leading General Contractor<\/b> delivering complex, large -scale industrial and mission -critical projects across the U.S. They are currently expanding operations across multiple active and upcoming sites in North Dakota<\/b> and are seeking a Construction Superintendent<\/b> to support this growth.
<\/p>

This is not a single -project assignment, you will be part of a regional build -out<\/b>, gaining exposure to multiple sites and project phases. Successful candidates will play a key role in establishing field operations across the region, with clear progression into senior leadership as the pipeline continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>

<\/p>

Multi -Site Execution:<\/b>
<\/div>
Lead on -site construction activities across one or more projects, with the ability to transition between sites as project phases evolve.
<\/div>


<\/p>


<\/p>

Project Delivery:<\/b>
<\/div>
Oversee daily field operations, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and quality across complex builds and retrofits.
<\/div>


<\/p>


<\/p>

Structural & Civil Oversight:<\/b>
<\/div>
Manage structural scopes, site development, and heavy civil work within large, fast -paced project environments.
<\/div>


<\/p>


<\/p>

Infrastructure Coordination:<\/b>
<\/div>
Support installation and readiness of mission -critical systems, including coordination around power and high -voltage infrastructure.
<\/div>


<\/p>


<\/p>

Technology -Driven Delivery:<\/b>
<\/div>
Leverage Procore and BIM tools to track progress, manage documentation, and resolve coordination issues in real time.
<\/div>


<\/p>


<\/p>

Trade & Logistics Management:<\/b>
<\/div>
Coordinate multiple subcontractors across MEP, civil, and structural disciplines, maintaining efficient sequencing across constrained or active sites.

<\/p>

Leadership & Mentorship:<\/b>
<\/div>
Lead and develop Assistant Superintendents and Field Engineers, helping scale a strong field team across multiple concurrent projects.

Candidate Requirements<\/b><\/span>
<\/h3>


<\/p>

Experience:<\/b>
<\/div>
Proven track record as a Superintendent on industrial, mission -critical, or large -scale commercial construction projects.
<\/div>


<\/p>


<\/p>

Multi -Project Exposure (Preferred):<\/b>
<\/div>
Experience working across multiple sites or project phases simultaneously is highly valued.
<\/div>


<\/p>


<\/p>

Technical Knowledge:<\/b>
<\/div>
Strong understanding of civil, structural, and infrastructure scopes; exposure to power or high -voltage work is a plus.
<\/div>


<\/p>


<\/p>

Digital Mindset:<\/b>
<\/div>
Proficient with construction management platforms such as Procore and comfortable using BIM in the field.
<\/div>


<\/p>


<\/p>

Adaptability:<\/b>
<\/div>
Able to move between sites and manage shifting priorities in a growing regional operation.
