Construction Site ManagerA Pennsylvania-based construction management and general contracting firm that has been delivering commercial and residential projects since 1982. The company specializes in construction management, general contracting, and design-build services, with experience across multifamily residential, senior living, healthcare, education, corporate, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. They have built a reputation for delivering high-quality projects through strong client relationships, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and excellence.Job DescriptionOversee all on-site construction activities from project start through completion.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and labor crews to maintain project schedules.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.Conduct daily site inspections and address any construction issues proactively.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project management teams.Review construction drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure accuracy and compliance.Manage site logistics, material deliveries, and equipment utilization.Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.Identify and resolve conflicts, delays, and field-related challenges.Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
