Job Description
Lead all daily field operations, ensuring safety, quality control, productivity, and site cleanliness standards are consistently achieved. Drive project execution by developing a thorough understanding of project strategy, logistics, scheduling, financial goals, phasing plans, milestones, and inspection requirements. Maintain and update project schedules to accurately reflect project status and ensure schedule and budget objectives are met. Coordinate closely with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery. Foster open communication with the project team regarding jobsite conditions, scope changes, project challenges, and opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors while promoting a collaborative project culture. Mentor, develop, and lead field personnel to support project success and team growth. Oversee commercial construction projects throughout New England and other key markets as required.

The Successful Applicant
Must-Have Requirements: 3-5+ years of experience as a Project Superintendent with a reputable General Contractor. Proven experience managing, mentoring, and developing project teams. Experience overseeing construction projects ranging from $10M to $50M in value. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Desire to grow professionally within a rapidly expanding organization.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Higher Education, K-12, RIIDE, Commercial, Life Sciences, or Manufacturing construction projects. Background managing complex, fast-paced construction projects. Experience coordinating multiple trades and stakeholders on large-scale developments.
