Job Description
Coordinate daily construction activities to keep project work aligned with the schedule.
Review project plans and specifications to guide field work and address questions as they arise.
Track site progress, identify obstacles, and communicate updates to project stakeholders.
Coordinate subcontractor activities to maintain safe, organized work areas and completed work.
Monitor materials, equipment, and deliveries so work can continue as planned.
Document field conditions, project changes, and completed work for clear project records.
Work with the construction team to resolve on-site issues and maintain project momentum.
Inspect completed work against project requirements and coordinate follow-up items.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent - Large Ground Up Multifamily Developer should have:
Experience overseeing ground-up multifamily construction projects.
Experience coordinating subcontractors and daily on-site work.
Ability to read and apply construction drawings and project plans.
Knowledge of construction sequencing, site logistics, and delivery coordination.
Ability to monitor workmanship and address field issues promptly.
Experience maintaining job-site safety practices.
