• Manage daily on-site construction activities for multifamily residential projects.

• 2-10 years of Superintendent experience in commercial or multifamily construction.
• Experience delivering multifamily communities ranging from approximately 250-500 units.
• Background in urban infill multifamily projects.
• Experience with garden-style, wrap, or 3-4 story walk-up construction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills.
• Desire to develop into a Lead Superintendent role.
