This Superintendent opportunity offers the chance to lead significant ground-up projects ranging from approximately 200,000 to over 1 million square feet while working with an experienced leadership team.Job DescriptionLead on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout.Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain productivity and quality standards.Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with project management teams.Conduct daily site meetings and enforce all safety regulations and best practices.Monitor project milestones and proactively resolve field issues.Coordinate inspections, turnover activities, and punch list completion.Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
