They hire slowly and carefully and hold their people to exceptional standards.Job DescriptionConstruction Superintendent responsible for overall field execution of complex light industrial projects, including safety compliance, schedule management, subcontractor coordination, quality control, site logistics, and budget oversight. They possess a comprehensive understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, site logistics, quality control, and regulatory compliance. Candidates should have experience overseeing concurrent project activities, coordinating subcontractors, conducting safety meetings, managing inspections, and ensuring work is executed in accordance with contract documents and company standards. Proficiency with construction management software and reporting tools is preferred.
