Job DescriptionThe Light Industrial / Tilt Wall Superintendent will report into senior field leadership and play a key role in executing tilt wall and industrial projects from start to finish.Lead on-site construction activities for tilt wall and light industrial projects.Most projects will be local to Atlanta, but still be willing to travel within the southeast.Oversee subcontractors, scheduling, and daily site operations.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance requirements.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve issues.Manage inspections, site logistics, and material deliveries.Provide progress updates and reporting to leadership.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
