Superintendent - Maine - 135K

• Manage day-to-day field operations for interior construction activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure milestone completion.
• Enforce site safety standards and company policies.
• Conduct quality control inspections and oversee punch-list completion.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to address project challenges and maintain budgets.
• Lead subcontractor meetings and coordinate workflow between trades.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.

• 5-10 years of construction Superintendent experience.
• Commercial General Contracting experience is required.
• Strong interiors and renovation project experience.
• Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, and field coordination.
• Ability to lead projects ranging from renovations to new construction.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Preference for candidates located south of Augusta to support future project assignments throughout Southern Maine.
