Job Description
Provide on-site leadership for industrial and manufacturing construction projects, driving safe execution, schedule adherence, and quality performance from start to finish. Oversee and direct subcontractors and trade partners in the field to ensure work progresses efficiently and meets project milestones. Promote and enforce safety policies, quality expectations, and contractual requirements across all construction activities. Address field challenges as they arise, working closely with project teams to develop solutions and maintain project momentum. Act as the lead field representative with owners, inspectors, consultants, and trade partners, fostering strong communication and successful project delivery.

The Successful Applicant
Proven experience overseeing large-scale manufacturing and cold storage construction projects with a strong understanding of field operations and construction practices. Demonstrated ability to lead field teams and subcontractors while promoting safety, quality, and productivity throughout the project lifecycle. In-depth knowledge of industrial construction safety requirements, regulations, and jobsite compliance standards. Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills with the ability to resolve complex field issues and maintain project schedules. Effective leadership, communication, and coordination skills with experience working closely with owners, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
