A well-established commercial contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee Assisted Living and Memory Care construction projects in Tennessee.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience managing ground-up Assisted Living and/or Memory Care projects
- Strong understanding of FGI guidelines and healthcare construction requirements
- Proven ability to lead projects from groundbreaking through closeout
- Commitment to quality, safety, and maintaining project schedules
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage all on-site construction activities
- Coordinate subcontractors and maintain project schedules
- Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are met
- Work closely with the project team to deliver successful projects on time and within budget
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors
