We are looking to hire a Project Superintendent for the Milwaukee area! Stevens Construction Corp. is a commercial general contractor with self-performed trades of concrete, carpentry, and prefabricated walls; building new construction, multi-unit and mixed-use buildings. This Project Superintendent position is a full-time, year-round opportunity for construction projects in the Greater Milwaukee Area. Why Stevens? We work to perform at our best in all that we do while treating one another with respect, creating strong relationships and producing excellent results!Benefits:Company Truck with gas card and maintenance includedCompany cell phone and laptopHealth/Dental/Vision InsuranceShort-Term & Long-Term Disability InsuranceSupplemental Critical Illness and Accident Insurance401(k) +match (Roth and Traditional options)4 Weeks PTOPaid HolidaysAnnual BonusThe Superintendent is responsible for all construction efforts in the field to ensure project is safely constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.Supervises all Stevens Construction personnel and subcontractors onsite to ensure work is completed accurately, safely and to our quality standards.Develops, updates and tracks performance of construction schedule.Maintain all jobsite paperwork: daily log, delivery tickets, field work orders, timecards, plans, specs and shop drawings, purchase orders, subcontracts, and project photos.Manages and schedules punch list work with owner, architect, and subcontractors.Enforces all jobsite safety requirements.Creates a positive, professional, friendly environment onsite.Maintains a clean and orderly jobsite.Requirements:10+ years' experience as a commercial new construction Project Superintendent from a general contractor or construction management firmMultiple multi-unit, new construction projects from start to finish as the overall jobsite SuperintendentAbility to read, interpret, and edit construction schematics and documents electronicallyProficiency within Microsoft Suites and other project scheduling softwareAbility to meet the physical demands of the job, including but not limited to: standing or walking for long periods of time, occasionally on uneven terrain, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing stairs, and/or lifting heavy loads of up to 50 pounds Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer
