Superintendent - Multifamily and Commercial

• Oversee all field operations from groundbreaking through completion
• Maintain project schedules and coordinate trade partners
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance
• Review construction documents and resolve field conflicts
• Lead inspections and quality control activities
• Coordinate turnover and punch list completion
• Partner closely with Project Managers and ownership teams

• 7+ years of superintendent experience with a general contractor
• Experience on multifamily and commercial projects
• Proven ability to lead large project teams
• Strong scheduling and coordination skills
• Experience with Procore and construction management software
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
