SuperintendentOur client is a growing, vertically integrated construction business with a strong presence across the Mid-South. Operating as both a General Contractor and self-perform contractor, they deliver a mix of commercial, multi-family, and light industrial projects.Job DescriptionReporting into senior construction leadership, the Superintendent will lead on-site execution and daily operations across active projects.Manage all on-site construction activities from start through completionCoordinate subcontractors, scheduling, and sequencing of workEnsure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standardsMaintain project timelines and resolve site-related challenges proactivelyWork closely with project management teams to ensure seamless deliveryConduct site meetings, inspections, and progress trackingSupport potential regional travel as future projects expandMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
