Superintendent - Multifamily Construction

An established builder in the DFW area is looking for a Superintendent to run multifamily projects in the field, from site work through turnover. You'll lead the jobsite day to day, keep trades moving and make sure every building is delivered safely, on schedule and built right.

What You'll Do

• Run daily field operations on garden-style, wrap and podium multifamily projects

• Build and manage the project schedule, three-week look-aheads and unit turnover plans

• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections and deliveries to keep work flowing

• Lead jobsite safety and quality programs, including punch lists and closeout

• Work closely with the project manager on budgets, change orders and owner updates

What You Bring

• 5+ years of superintendent experience with a general contractor, ideally on multifamily work

• Strong knowledge of wood-frame and podium construction, schedules and building codes

• OSHA 30 certification preferred

• Clear communication and a hands-on, organized approach in the field

• Proficiency with scheduling and project management software
