Superintendent - Multifamily Construction

A growing general contractor in the western Chicago suburbs is hiring a Superintendent to lead multifamily projects in the field. You'll run wood-frame and podium apartment builds with a team that values safety, quality and getting residents into their homes on time.

What You'll Do

• Run daily field operations on multifamily and mixed-use projects
• Build and manage the three-week look-ahead and keep the master schedule on track
• Coordinate trade partners, inspections and deliveries
• Lead site safety and hold crews to a high quality standard
• Partner with the project manager on punch lists, turnover and closeout

What You Bring

• 7+ years of field experience with a general contractor, including multifamily work
• Experience with wood-frame, podium or mid-rise residential construction
• OSHA 30 and a strong safety mindset
• Strong scheduling skills and comfort with Procore and Microsoft Project or P6
• A steady, organized leadership style on the jobsite

What We Offer

• Pay range: $105,000–$140,000 per year, based on experience, plus bonus
