Superintendent - Multifamily Construction - Newton

• Supervise daily construction site operations to ensure work aligns with project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth workflows.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues to stay on track.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site.
• Conduct inspections to uphold quality control throughout the construction process.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including schedules, materials, and labor.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and team members to provide updates and address concerns.
• Resolve on-site challenges promptly to minimize disruptions to the project timeline.
