Assistant Superintendent
The Assistant Superintendent will support the Superintendent in managing day-to-day field operations and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Reporting directly to the Superintendent, the Assistant Superintendent will play a critical role in coordinating subcontractors, monitoring progress, and driving project success.
- Assist with the daily management of on-site construction activities
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trades to maintain project schedules
- Monitor project quality and ensure work complies with plans and specifications
- Support site safety programs and enforce safety standards across the project
- Track construction progress and identify potential schedule impacts
- Participate in project inspections and punch-list completion activities
- Collaborate closely with project management, design teams, and ownership representatives

For the Assistant Superintendent we are seeking:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of construction experience on multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, or residential projects
- Understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling principles
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and field personnel
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive job site environment
