Job Description
The Superintendent - Multifamily will:
- Lead and manage on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members to ensure project alignment.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and safety logs.
- Oversee and manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent - Multifamily should have:
- Experience with managing multifamily building and construction projects from start to finish. (Milwaukee and/or Madison experience preferred, not required)
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in construction.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing project needs.
- Proficiency in project management tools and construction software is a plus.
