Construction Site ManagerOur client is a nationally recognized construction organization with decades of experience delivering award-winning residential communities across the United States. With a strong reputation for quality, innovation, employee development, and long-term growth, they continue to be one of the most respected builders in their sector.Job DescriptionLead all day-to-day field operations on multifamily construction projects, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Champion a culture of safety by enforcing company policies and compliance with OSHA, HAZCOM, NFPA, and all federal, state, and local regulations.Develop, maintain, and manage detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring critical path activities are effectively monitored and executed.Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, inspectors, and ownership representatives throughout the project lifecycle.Mentor and supervise Assistant Superintendents, Project Engineers, and field personnel while fostering professional development and team growth.Maintain complete and accurate project documentation, including daily reports, as-built drawings, site logistics plans, and quality control records.Conduct pre-construction site assessments and document existing conditions prior to mobilization.Manage site logistics, material deliveries, equipment staging, temporary facilities, and site access to maximize efficiency.Perform regular quality inspections and proactively address punch list and deficiency items.Partner with Project Management teams to monitor project budgets, identify cost impacts, and implement corrective actions as needed.Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.Ensure all work is completed in accordance with contract documents, company standards, and turnover requirements.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful Applicant5-7+ years of construction experience in a lead Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or field leadership capacity.Multifamily construction experience strongly preferred.Proven experience managing subcontractors, schedules, safety programs, and field operations on ground-up construction projects.Ability to lead teams, build relationships, and effectively communicate with clients and project stakeholders.Experience utilizing construction management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred but not required.OSHA 30 certification preferred.CPR/First Aid certification preferred.Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends based on project needs.Willingness to travel locally throughout the DMV region to active job sites.What's on OfferSalary ranging from $105,000 to $160,000 annually.Education assistance for continuing education degree programs.Comprehensive training program.Cell phone, laptop, and tablet provided.Full medical, vision, and dental coverage.401(k) plan with matching contributions.Interested?
