You'll be trusted to own the schedule, direct the trades, and deliver high-quality projects on time and on budget.

    What You'll Do:

    • Coordinate daily field operations, resolving subcontractor issues and site conflicts.
    • Enforce safety protocols and perform toolbox talks, audits, and corrective actions.
    • Monitor jobsite activity and identify risks early; implement mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure full compliance with drawings, specifications, and subcontractor scope.
    • Lead weekly progress updates and maintain communication with PMs and stakeholders.
    • Maintain detailed daily and weekly field schedules that align with the master plan.
    • Document and address non-compliance issues promptly, ensuring accountability and corrective action.
    • Proactively identify field risks and develop contingency plans to maintain schedule integrity.
    • Communicate job site goals and milestones clearly to all field staff and subcontractors.
    • Conduct regular quality inspections and site audits to ensure compliance with specifications.
    • Facilitate daily subcontractor coordination meetings to align on schedule and resolve field issues.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
    • Deep familiarity with sequencing, methods, and OSHA safety standards.
    • Proficient in field documentation, scheduling tools, and Procore.
    • Skilled at reviewing and interpreting complex construction plans.
    • Strong leadership and communication with both field teams and office staff.

    Bonus Experience:

    • Prior field experience in the trades.
    • Familiarity with Louisiana subcontractors, inspectors, and permitting.
    • Bilingual Spanish/English (preferred but not required).
