Superintendent

• Oversee daily construction site activities to keep project work aligned with plans and schedules.
• Coordinate trade partners, site personnel, and deliveries to maintain steady progress.
• Monitor work quality and address site issues in a timely manner.
• Review project drawings and plans to guide daily field activities.
• Track construction progress and communicate updates to relevant project contacts.
• Promote safe work practices across the construction site.
• Coordinate site logistics, including materials, equipment, and work areas.
• Document site activity and maintain clear project records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site construction activities from project start through closeout.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure milestone achievement.
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance standards.
• Monitor quality control and ensure work meets project specifications.
• Conduct daily site meetings and coordinate field operations.
• Review plans, specifications, and project documents.
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients.
• Maintain accurate project reporting, documentation, and progress updates.
