Night Superintendent – Data Center Construction

Windsor, CO | Night Shift | General Contractor | Mission Critical

We are working with a General Contractor delivering a major data center construction project in Windsor, Colorado and are looking to appoint an experienced Night Superintendent to join the site team.

This is a full-time, night-shift position supporting construction activity across a fast-paced mission critical project.

Recent data center construction experience is essential.

The Role

The Night Superintendent will take ownership of site operations during the night shift, coordinating subcontractors, field crews and project activities while ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with the project schedule.

Responsibilities will include:

• Leading night-shift construction activities across the project
  

• Managing subcontractors, trade partners and field crews
  

• Driving daily site coordination, sequencing and short-term planning
  

• Monitoring progress against the construction schedule
  

• Coordinating work across civil, structural, MEP and commissioning scopes
  

• Reviewing drawings, specifications and field requirements
  

• Identifying site issues and driving practical solutions
  

• Maintaining strong safety and quality standards throughout the shift
  

• Monitoring manpower, productivity and subcontractor performance
  

• Supporting inspections, testing and commissioning activities
  

• Leading shift handovers and maintaining clear communication with the day team
  

• Reporting progress, risks and issues to project leadership
  

• Supporting punch list, turnover and closeout activities
  

• Ensuring site logistics and work areas remain organised and controlled throughout the night shift
  

What We’re Looking For

• Recent data center or mission critical construction experience is essential
  

• Strong General Contractor or Construction Manager background
  

• Previous experience as a Superintendent, Night Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent
  

• Experience delivering large-scale ground-up construction projects
  

• Strong understanding of data center construction sequencing
  

• Experience coordinating subcontractors across multiple scopes
  

• Strong safety, quality and field leadership experience
  

• Ability to independently manage site operations during night hours
  

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  

• Comfortable working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents and senior project leadership
  

• Ability to work full-time night shift on site in Windsor, Colorado
