Job Description
Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project schedules and budgets. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow and resolve any issues promptly. Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for all team members. Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts to ensure project alignment. Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality of work. Prepare and submit daily reports, including project updates and any unforeseen challenges. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and address concerns. Mentor and guide team members to maintain high performance and productivity standards.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have: Proven expertise in commercial construction and site management within the business services industry. Strong ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment. Problem-solving mindset and ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Proficiency with project management software and tools is a plus.
