Job Description

The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing data center and mission critical construction projects across the United States. This is a traveling position that requires the candidate to travel to project sites nationwide.

Typical Duties:

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and laborers
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations
• Communicate progress and issues to stakeholders

Typical Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Superintendent in data center or mission critical construction projects
• Knowledge of construction best practices and techniques
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to travel to project sites nationwide
• OSHA certification is a plus

Travel Expectations:

• Travel to project sites across the US
• Expected to be on-site during key project milestones
