The company is seeking a Construction Superintendent to support a $200 million, three-year construction program in Somerset County, NJ. The project includes complex ground-up construction, building additions, and renovations within active and occupied facilities. The Superintendent will be responsible for field leadership, site coordination, safety, scheduling, subcontractor management, and maintaining strong relationships with both the client and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities include managing daily field operations for large-scale construction projects, coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and project personnel to ensure safe and efficient execution, leading site activities involving ground-up construction, additions, and renovations, maintaining project schedules and collaborating closely with Project Managers and ownership teams, conducting daily site walks and proactively identifying potential issues affecting safety, quality, cost, or schedule, ensuring all work complies with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, facilitating construction activities within occupied and operational facilities while minimizing disruptions, utilizing Procore and other construction management software for documentation, reporting, and communication, leading safety initiatives and enforcing OSHA standards across the project site, and participating in client meetings and providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.

Ideal candidate profile includes 3-10 years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction, experience within pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing, healthcare, mission-critical, or other highly regulated environments, proven success managing projects in occupied facilities and active operational environments, strong understanding of construction sequencing, logistics planning, and subcontractor coordination, proficiency with Procore and other construction technology platforms, OSHA 30 Certification required, experience with central utilities, process infrastructure, or campus utility systems is a strong plus, strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, consultants, and field personnel, and a career-oriented professional seeking long-term growth with a stable and expanding organization.
