Serve as the lead Superintendent on pharmaceutical and advanced manufacturing projects throughout the Raleigh and RTP region. Oversee day-to-day site operations, safety, scheduling, quality control, and trade partner coordination. Manage highly regulated cleanroom, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and aseptic processing environments. Coordinate work involving stainless steel systems, packaging operations, and specialized facility renovations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Proactively identify jobsite issues and drive solutions to keep projects on schedule and within scope. Support the growth of a new North Carolina operation and play a key leadership role in market expansion. Collaborate closely with project management and engineering teams, with the ability to support multiple project functions during the initial growth phase. Lead a high-probability pharmaceutical renovation project valued at approximately $10M, with additional opportunities across Raleigh, RTP, Clayton, Greenville, and Charlotte. Ensure adherence to company safety standards and maintain a strong zero-incident culture.

Proven experience as a Superintendent on pharmaceutical construction projects. Strong background working in highly regulated manufacturing or cleanroom environments. Experience with aseptic packaging, stainless steel process systems, and pharmaceutical production facilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate numerous stakeholders simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and confidence addressing challenges directly and professionally. Strong leadership abilities with experience managing subcontractors and field teams. Ability to work independently and take ownership in a growing regional operation. Knowledge of Project Manager and Project Engineer responsibilities is strongly preferred. Willingness to travel throughout the Greater Raleigh and RTP market as required.
