Superintendent

• Lead all day-to-day field operations on assigned construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trade partners to maintain project schedules.
• Manage site safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA and project-specific safety requirements.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Monitor project quality and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications.
• Conduct and lead subcontractor coordination meetings.
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule, budget, or quality.
• Maintain daily reports, project logs, and field documentation.
• Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
• Partner with project managers and other stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
