The key responsibilities of the Superintendent are:

• Manage day-to-day field operations for commercial construction projects.
• Lead project execution to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
• Maintain project schedules and support timely project delivery.
• Collaborate closely with project teams, leadership, and clients throughout construction.
• Monitor site activities and proactively address challenges to keep projects on track.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with plans, specifications, and company expectations.
• Support successful completion of projects across a variety of commercial sectors.

The successful Superintendent will have the following:

• 5+ years of experience successfully running construction projects as a Superintendent.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Ability to oversee multiple trades and coordinate site operations effectively.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to maintain schedules, quality, and project performance.
• Must be able to work on projects located throughout the Raleigh, Triad, and surrounding markets.
