Superintendent

• Oversee day-to-day field operations on construction projects.
• Manage site personnel, subcontractors, and project schedules.
• Lead concrete construction activities and ensure quality execution.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients.
• Maintain project safety, compliance, and productivity standards.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, equipment, and material utilization.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

• Previous experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Strong background overseeing concrete construction activities.
• Experience managing heavy civil, site development, excavation, utility, or paving projects preferred.
• Proven leadership of field crews and subcontractors.
• Track record of delivering projects safely and efficiently.
• Concrete construction experience.
• Construction scheduling and coordination.
• Site safety management.
• Blueprint and construction drawing interpretation.

The company utilizes GPS technology for efficient site management and operates a large fleet of construction equipment supported by an in-house maintenance team.
