Location: Auburn Hills, MI | Salary: $65,000–$75,000 Annually + Company Vehicle + Profit Sharing

Our Client, a well-established restoration and reconstruction company serving Southeast Michigan and the Greater Detroit Metro Area since 1986, is looking for an experienced Residential Construction Superintendent with strong leadership and site management skills.

️ Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction site activities, ensuring projects meet quality standards and deliver excellent finished results.

• Supervise construction staff and coordinate subcontractors to keep projects on schedule.

• Conduct daily on-site assessments to monitor project progress and workmanship.

• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and project delays.

• Monitor subcontractor performance, progress, and timelines to ensure work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

• Promptly communicate project issues or delays to the Project Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 18 months of experience in construction, restoration, or renovations.

• Experience overseeing residential construction or reconstruction projects is preferred, particularly structural rebuilding work.

• Ability to read and understand blueprints, specifications, and reports.

• Strong leadership and experience managing subcontractors and construction crews.

• Ability to participate in a rotational after-hours on-call schedule.

• Experience with Xactimate is a significant plus.

• Excellent organizational, leadership, time-management, and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented, self-disciplined, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
