Superintendent - Retail

• Manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
• Oversee quality control to ensure all work meets specified standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Support the team in achieving project goals and maintaining client satisfaction.
