Superintendent | Minimum of five (5) years of commercial or industrial construction experience, with at least three (3) of those years as a lead role on a project site. Industrial, distribution, manufacturing, and/or cold storage projects experienced are preferred. Willing to travel nationwide.

Creates, comprehends, implements, and communicates the schedule in conjunction with project management.
Manages project schedule to meet or exceed project milestones; lean construction process is encouraged.
Creates and utilizes FCC standard scheduling tools and techniques including phasing plans, visual schedules, critical path, OPS, production tracking, etc.
