Commercial Construction Superintendent
Our client is a schedule-driven commercial general contractor headquartered in Chapel Hill, NC. Founded in 2012, the company has built a reputation for delivering quality projects on time while maintaining a highly collaborative and owner-focused approach. With approximately 20 employees and annual revenue of $20M, the company is experiencing continued growth and has developed strong partnerships within the QSR market.
Job Description
Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards. Monitor and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design plans. Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly to maintain project momentum. Communicate project progress and updates to relevant stakeholders. Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for all team members. Maintain thorough documentation of project activities and reports.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent (Traveling) should have: Experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects. Strong sitework and civil construction background. QSR experience required; 7Brew Coffee project experience highly preferred. Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida.
