Superintendent

• Provide day-to-day leadership on active construction sites
• Coordinate subcontractors and field activities
• Help maintain project schedules and identify potential delays
• Monitor jobsite safety and quality
• Review plans, specifications and project requirements
• Coordinate inspections and jobsite activity
• Communicate progress and field issues with project management
• Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting
• Support successful project closeout
