Job Summary
We are looking to hire a minimum Bachelor Level Supervised Visitation Parent Coach Behavior Specialist.  Life Support BI is a mental health facility that serves at risk youth, families and children.  Supervised Visitation Parent Coach Behavior Specialist must be available for evenings and weekends and be a reliable and an effective communicator.  At risk families experience and ability to speak Spanish a plus.  Professional appearance and demeanor expected.  Must be able to transport children to appointments and keep accurate client records.


Responsibilities 

• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate individual and group treatments
• Execute assessments and intakes
• Every client must have their own treatment plan
• Accurate and detailed documentation of client treatment plan
• Execute ongoing wellness checks
• Comply with all licensing and facility requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in the field of social work, counseling or similar experience
• Current license in behavioral sciences field
• Previous behavioral health specialist experience preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
