Job Overview:
The Anatomical Pathology Supervisor oversees daily operations of the Histology department, ensuring high quality specimen processing, workflow efficiency, and regulatory compliance,
This role provides leadership to the Histology Coordinator, Histology Technologists, and Pathology Assistant, supporting accurate and timely preparation of tissue specimens for diagnostic interpretation. The supervisor collaborates closely with pathologists, laboratory leadership, and clinical teams to maintain excellence in patient care,
Qualifications:
Required:
Experience with routine and advanced histologic techniques, laboratory workflow, and regulatory standards,
Licenses and Certifications
Required: HT(ASCP) or HTL(ASCP) certification,
