Responsibilities
What You'll DoLead and support daily restaurant operations, coach and motivate team members, ensure food quality and service standards, assist with opening and closing duties, and help create a positive, welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Prior restaurant or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand and move throughout the entire shift
