Wage - $46,500 annually

Schedule - Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday - Friday

What you will be doing: You'll be responsible for the development and implementation of career preparation which includes the career preparation program in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential functions:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the administration and programmatic activities of the career preparation department, including the MYPACE program.
• Develop and conduct programs for new students to encourage self-evaluation, self-worth and confidence, with emphasis on student retention.
• Oversee a student ambassador program for career preparation, including the application, interviewing and evaluation processes, as well as incentive, tracking and employment objective.
• Plan new student activities to include tour, recreational and social activities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors' degree
• Two (2) years related experience.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
