• Monday - Friday | No weekend or public holiday work.

THE POSITION 

• Managing a dynamic team to provide encouraging guidance and success in their work   

• Developing rosters of scheduled and reactive cleaning requirements. 

• Manage front of house office requirements for accommodation bookings and general enquiries. 

• Strong view in support of Job Safety Analysis and well-being 

• Encourage team commitment and motivation 

• Maintain up to date cleaning processes and procedures, and assist in review of process and procedures 

THE PERSON 

• Hold full Australian Citizenship due to the secure nature of the site 

• Hold a valid Australian driver's license and reliable transportation to get to the base 

• Experience in a similar position as a cleaner or housekeeper 

• Chemical handling experience is advantageous 

• Strong attention to detail and take pride in your work is essential 

• Be able to demonstrate excellent time management skills 

• A positive attitude and friendly attitude

The preferred applicant will be required to be an Australian citizen to achieve a Defence Baseline Security Clearance and pass an Australian Federal Police check prior to confirmation of employment.
