Job Summary: The Environmental Services Supervisor is responsible for leading the daily, event, and post-event housekeeping operations at T-Mobile Center to ensure the facility consistently meets the organization's cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards. This position provides direct supervision, coaching, scheduling, training, and performance oversight for part-time team members and contracted cleaning personnel while promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional guest service.
Working closely with Operations leadership, the Environmental Services Supervisor ensures staffing resources are effectively deployed, quality standards are maintained, equipment is properly utilized, and the facility is prepared to support world-class events.
