Short Description: Dietary Helpers are scheduled so that all essential tray line and sanitation positions are covered with properly trained personnel. Prepare the tray line assignment sheet (line-up) for each tray line checked. Fill out start/finish times Experience Required:

2yrs institutional food service.

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred,
