Position Summary The Supervisor, Maintenance is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of building, grounds and machine maintenance, ensuring the effective functioning of facility systems. This role supervises maintenance staff and coordinates the installation, inspection, repair, and upkeep of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management systems. The position ensures all work meets established service, safety, and quality standards while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. The Supervisor, Maintenance also manages preventative maintenance schedules and may coordinate with contractors and skilled trades for specialized work. Essential Functions
